Outcomes that hold up to an audit
On-time go-lives, reconciled cutovers, and systems finance teams can actually trust — across manufacturing, distribution, and investment.
Every engagement below shares a signature: the new ledgers tie back to the old ones, the go-live date holds, and the client walks away understanding their own system. Here's a selection of the work.

SAP → Oracle NetSuite transformation for a national wireless-infrastructure distributor
Retire a legacy SAP core and go live on NetSuite — without losing a beat of a distribution business running on a fixed, immovable cutover date.
Program Lead, Solution Architect, and PMO Lead — owning architecture, governance, and cutover strategy across every functional and technical workstream.
Designed the end-to-end solution architecture and a priority-based UAT governance model; stood up a PMO command center with executive dashboards and cutover-readiness KPIs; architected the SAP-to-NetSuite data-validation framework across GL, AR/AP, inventory, orders, and master data; and directed integration validation across a seven-plus-system ecosystem — SPS Commerce (EDI), RF-SMART (WMS), FreightPOP, Vertex, CyberSource, TCOM, and TAPP.
Live on NetSuite on the date that could not move. An auditable, reconciled cutover with GL and sub-ledgers tied out, executive-grade visibility maintained straight through go-live, and a structured hypercare program now running a twice-daily reporting cadence that turns stabilization into a measured, governed process.
Selected engagements
Automotive aftermarket: three divisions unified
Migrated three automotive-aftermarket divisions from QuickBooks to NetSuite OneWorld and integrated third-party Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems. The result: one multi-entity platform in place of fragmented books, with automated, accurate quote-to-cash across all three divisions.
Equity investment: fund-grade financials
Led an Infor SunSystems–to-NetSuite conversion for a San Mateo equity-investment firm — designing the multi-entity GL, consolidated reporting, and portfolio-company roll-ups that fund accounting demands, with reconciliation controls for an auditable cutover. Also implemented and supported NetSuite for two additional Silicon Valley investment firms.
Advanced manufacturing: costing you can defend
Delivered a full NetSuite implementation for an advanced-technology manufacturer, from discovery through go-live. Owned the chart-of-accounts and financial-reporting framework and designed the standard-cost, work-order, and inventory-valuation logic — so variance reporting reflected how the operation actually runs.
Food & beverage: compliant and traceable
Owned the financial and supply-chain workstream for a food-manufacturing NetSuite deployment: GL and management reporting aligned to manufacturing accounting, plus demand and supply planning, procurement, production, and the lot-traceability required for regulatory compliance.
Forensic stabilization: finding what broke
Conducted a forensic review of NetSuite transactional and GL data after a troubled go-live, identifying discrepancies, reconciliation gaps, and revenue/expense misclassifications. Then led the re-engineering of the order-to-cash and fulfillment processes tied to those issues — closing control gaps and restoring data integrity.
Systems integration: NetSuite ↔ Zoho
Designed and built a NetSuite-to-Zoho One integration using REST APIs and a SuiteQL-based extraction framework, synchronizing master and transactional data — and documented the whole architecture for long-term maintainability.

The playbook behind the results
The methods behind these outcomes are the ones I now write down. The Claude + NetSuite Playbook Series captures how modern ERP work gets done — migration, integration, and AI-augmented operations — starting with Volume 1: Connecting Claude to NetSuite.
